General Terms of Use for Stake in India

General Terms and Conditions

These general terms define the rules for using the betting platform and apply to all registered accounts, placed bets, and platform activities. Users should review the terms before accessing the services.

Customer Eligibility

Access is available only to users who meet the following requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old during registration and platform use;
  • Must not access the service from jurisdictions where online betting is restricted;
  • Must not be an employee, representative, or affiliate of the operator or related companies;
  • Must not be under a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.

The operator may request proof of age, identity, or residency. Failure to provide valid documents may lead to account suspension or closure.

Jurisdiction Responsibilities

Users are responsible for ensuring that their use of online betting services complies with local laws. Access from restricted jurisdictions may result in account termination and loss of funds.

Account Usage

Each user may create and operate only one account. Multiple accounts, account sharing, or third-party access are prohibited and may result in account restrictions, cancellation of bets, or forfeiture of funds.

Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets are subject to acceptance and may be limited or cancelled in cases such as:

  • Incorrect odds caused by technical or human errors;
  • Bets placed after an event outcome is known;
  • Suspicious or coordinated betting activity;
  • Violations of platform rules.

Bets are settled according to official results provided by relevant authorities. Settlement errors may be corrected when identified.

Void Bets

Bets may be cancelled due to event cancellation, abandonment, technical issues, or rule violations. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the account.

Winnings and Payments

Winnings are credited after bet settlement. Payments may be delayed if additional verification, security checks, or investigations are required.

Suspicious Betting Activity

Any involvement in match-fixing, corruption, or the use of insider information is prohibited. The operator may suspend accounts, cancel related bets, withhold winnings, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Liability Limitations

The operator is not responsible for losses caused by technical failures, network issues, or events beyond its control. Liability is limited to the original stake amount in cases where a bet is declared void.

Rule Updates

Terms may be updated at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing changes, and continued platform use confirms acceptance of the updated rules.

General Betting Rules at Stake

General Betting Rules

All betting activity conducted through the platform is subject to these rules. They cover stake limits, bet acceptance, settlement procedures, void bets, event postponements, winnings calculations, and Cash Out features.

Stake Limits and Odds

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. Limits may vary depending on the event, market type, account profile, or jurisdiction. Odds can change before bet acceptance, and the confirmed odds at the time of acceptance apply to the bet.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is valid only after receiving confirmation. Unconfirmed bets are not considered accepted. The bookmaker may reject a bet or accept only part of the requested stake amount.

Bet Settlement

Bets are settled according to official event results provided by the relevant governing bodies. Settlement may be delayed if results require additional verification or are under review.

Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in cases such as:

  • Event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement beyond the allowed timeframe;
  • Incorrect markets, wrong odds, or technical errors;
  • Bets placed after the outcome was already known;
  • Fraudulent or rule-violating betting activity.

For void bets, the original stake is returned to the user’s account.

Event Postponements

Postponed events are handled according to the rules of the relevant sport or competition. If an event starts within the specified timeframe, bets usually remain valid. Otherwise, bets may be cancelled and stakes returned.

Winnings Calculation

Winnings are calculated using the accepted stake and confirmed odds at bet placement. For accumulator bets, combined odds are used. If one selection becomes void, the remaining selections are recalculated with updated odds.

Cash Out and Auto Cash Out

Cash Out allows users to settle a bet before the event ends at the value available at that moment. Availability depends on the market and may change.

Auto Cash Out allows users to set a target value for automatic settlement. The final amount may differ due to market changes or technical conditions.

Bookmaker Rights

The operator may correct settlement errors, adjust incorrect payouts, and re-settle bets when required. Any incorrectly credited amounts may be recovered from the account balance. Decisions regarding betting rules, settlement, and bet validity are final.

Accounts, Deposits, and Withdrawals at Stake

All account-related activity, including registration, verification, deposits, withdrawals, and account management, is subject to these requirements. Users must follow the applicable rules to maintain access to their accounts.

Account Registration

To create an account, users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information requested during registration, including name, date of birth, address, email, and contact details. Users are responsible for keeping their information current.

Duplicate Accounts

Each user is allowed to have only one active account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in:

  • Closure of all related accounts;
  • Cancellation of bets placed through duplicate accounts;
  • Removal of bonuses, promotions, and winnings linked to duplicate accounts;
  • Restrictions on available funds during an investigation.

Identity Verification (KYC)

The platform uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with regulatory requirements. Users may be asked to provide identity documents, proof of address, or payment ownership verification during registration, withdrawals, or compliance checks. Failure to complete verification may lead to account restrictions.

Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their login details and must not share passwords or authentication information with third parties. Any activity performed through an account remains the responsibility of the account owner. Suspicious access should be reported immediately.

Prohibited Activities

The following actions are not allowed:

  • Misusing bonuses through multiple accounts or coordinated activity;

Accounts may be suspended or closed due to:

  • Violation of platform rules;
  • Incorrect or misleading information;
  • Failure to complete verification;
  • Duplicate accounts;
  • Fraudulent activity;
  • Misuse of promotions.

Users can also request account closure by contacting customer support.

Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods registered in the user’s name. Third-party payments are not permitted. Deposit limits may apply and processing times depend on the payment provider and required verification.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals require successful verification of identity and payment details. Additional documents may be requested to confirm payment method ownership. Withdrawal limits and available methods depend on applicable rules and payment options.

Withdrawal Restrictions and Payment Limits

Withdrawals may be delayed or restricted if:

  • Verification has not been completed;
  • Suspicious activity is under review;
  • Bonus requirements have not been fulfilled;
  • Account violations are suspected;
  • Fraud monitoring systems flag the transaction.

Processing delays caused by payment providers or regulatory checks are outside the platform’s control.

Bookmaker Rights During Investigations

During an investigation, access to funds, betting activity, or withdrawals may be temporarily restricted. The duration of checks depends on the complexity of the case. Information about investigations may be limited when disclosure could affect security procedures.

The platform is committed to maintaining a safe and controlled betting environment. Responsible gambling tools and resources are available to help users manage their activity and make informed decisions.

Player Protection Tools

Users can access responsible gambling controls through their account settings:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on deposits. New limits apply immediately, while increases may require a cooling-off period before activation.

Risk Self-Assessment

Users should review their gambling habits regularly. Possible warning signs include:
